CORDIA SENIOR RESIDENCE COMMUNITY
Research shows that isolation accelerates physical and cognitive decline resulting in diminished independence. At Cordia Senior Residence, our goal is to assist each resident in maximizing independence and well-being so that they can remain engaged with family, friends and the larger community in meaningful ways. We focus first on the basics. Our residents enjoy delicious meals that keep them nutritionally balanced. Housekeeping services enable residents to maintain a comfortable and pleasing home environment. Cordia's Wellness Program provides each resident with a customized personal care program that offers the assistance required to remain as independent as possible while at the same time encouraging the greatest level of self-sufficiency. In all of these ways and more Cordia promotes the physical well-being of each resident. Beyond the basics, Cordia strives to provide our residents with resources to achieve intellectual, spiritual and emotional well-being. Our Cordia Curriculum is brought to life by our Program Staff and is varied to support diverse interests. These opportunities are offered with the individual in mind.
