CORDIA SENIOR LIVING WESTMONT - Apartment Floor Plans While all the amenities Cordia Senior Residence offers are important, we recognize that every resident wants their own home to return to at day's end. Our apartments are designed with comfort and privacy in mind. Our studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments offer spacious living and eating areas, and large, accessible bathrooms. Independent Living apartments offer full kitchens for those who still want to do some cooking. Assisted Living apartments feature kitchenettes which include a refrigerator and microwave oven. Cordia understands that downsizing from a house can be difficult and so we provide ample closet space and offer additional storage options outside the apartment. Many of our apartments have washer/dryer hook-ups for those who prefer not to use the common laundry facilities. When a resident moves in, apartments are freshly painted and carpeted with standard, neutral colors. This allows each resident to decorate the apartment to their taste, making it their own.
