Why should I choose Cordia Senior Residence?

Besides offering the choice of assisted living or independent living services, Cordia Senior Residence is a state-of-the-art community, offering spacious apartments, gracious living and service amenities like dining and housekeeping in a beautiful, well-appointed building. Many units have spectacular views of our beautiful courtyard and the adjacent manicured golf course. How do I know what services are needed for myself, or my loved ones?

Our Wellness Director visits with each potential resident and completes an assessment in his or her home. The assessment helps the senior and our staff understand the resident’s unique needs. We can then decide jointly whether assisted living or independent services is the best option.

Do you have trained staff members to assist with the care services that you provide?

We have licensed Resident Care Assistants available 24 hours each day. Our Wellness Director, a licensed nurse, supervises staff, is available weekdays and is on call during evening and weekend hours.

What is the religious orientation of your community?

Our community is nonsectarian. We welcome residents who practice any and all religions.

Is Cordia Senior Residence close to shopping and public transportation?

Yes. Our van will take you to various destinations on a regular, scheduled basis. Cordia is close to shopping centers, which offer grocery stores, banks, drug stores, restaurants, hairdressers, drycleaners and tailors, and clothing shops. We also schedule transportation each week for resident medical appointments.
